This SMS Privacy Policy explains how CloudFran LLC (“CloudFran,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information in connection with our SMS/text messaging program. It supplements our general Privacy Policy.

When you opt in to receive text messages from CloudFran, we collect your mobile phone number, your name, and information about the messages we exchange with you (such as delivery status and the keywords you send, for example STOP or HELP).
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your mobile number solely to operate our messaging program — for example, to send account and security notifications, one-time passcodes (OTP) for login and verification, appointment and order confirmations, and other service-related messages you have requested. Message frequency varies based on your activity.
3. SMS / Text Messaging — No Sharing or Selling of Mobile Information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS/text-messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Mobile information collected for text messaging is used only by CloudFran and the service providers that help us deliver messages (such as our SMS gateway/carrier), strictly to operate the messaging program on our behalf. Those providers are contractually bound to protect your information and may not use it for any other purpose. We disclose information only when required by law.
4. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Your wireless carrier is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Opting Out and Getting Help
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the number from which you received messages. After you send STOP, we will send you a confirmation message and then stop sending you SMS messages. For help, text HELP or contact us using the details below.
6. Data Retention and Security
We retain messaging records only as long as necessary to operate the program and to meet legal, tax, and security obligations, and we protect them with appropriate technical and organizational safeguards.
7. Your Choices
Opting in to SMS is always optional and is never a condition of purchasing any product or service from CloudFran. You may opt out at any time as described above.
